I ordered a Virbac product for my dog and the product itself seems fine, but figuring out the right size was more annoying than it needed to be. My snap judgment: the products from virbac.com were totally fine, but the shipping was slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a few days, which got annoying fast. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not exactly speedy. I’d probably order again, but only if I didn’t need the stuff right away.

My vet recommended Virbac shampoo after my dog kept scratching nonstop, and I didn’t want to risk his skin getting worse or having to deal with another vet visit. After a couple weeks, it really did start helping. He’s scratching way less now, which is a huge relief. The smell is fine, nothing special, and it’s definitely a little pricey, but I’d rather pay a bit more than go back to him being that uncomfortable. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Overall, I’d say I’m glad I got this virbac product for my dog. It was easy enough to use, and my dog didn’t seem bothered by it at all, which is always a win. The texture is actually nice too, not too runny, not sticky, and it spreads without much effort. I also liked that the consistency felt the same each time I used it. The only reason I’m taking off a star is because the tube can get a little messy when you’re getting toward the end, but it wasn’t a huge deal

I’ve used Virbac products for my dog a few times now, maybe starting sometime last spring or early summer—I can’t remember exactly. Overall, it’s been a good experience. He didn’t have any major side effects, but one of the chews did upset his stomach a bit on the first day. Thankfully it cleared up quickly. I do like that the safety info is easy enough to understand, but I still always check with my vet before giving him anything new. I’d give it 4 stars because it worked, just not completely perfect if your pet has a sensitive stomach
